Amit Goswamy

Amit is the brain and the brawn of the team. As a passionate wildlife biologist he is always keen on anticipating the next move of the wild animals while shooting.

He completed a Master of Science in Wildlife Science from the Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun and did his Masters dissertation on the Sambar deer in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. He chose to make a documentary film on his research work in Ranthambore which became his debut film, Chronicles of a Wildlifer and was later telecasted on Doordarshan (DD National).

Later he served as an Assistant Commandant in the Border Security Force from 2011 to 2018, working in counter-insurgency/anti-naxal and border security operations. During his service, he developed a unique interest in documenting India's lesser-known ecosystems, especially those outside protected areas.

After leaving the BSF, Goswamy transitioned into wildlife filmmaking. His work highlights the lives of species and communities living at the margins of protected landscapes, particularly along political borders and in human-dominated regions.

Narendra Kumar Goswami (H Flying Officer Retd.)

After a glorious service in the Indian Air Force, Narendra started off on the journey of travel and explorations. With multiple years of experience on various rotary aircrafts and UAV systems he is the one responsible for maintenance of our drone fleet. While shooting wildlife he also loves to handle the B camera for coverage.

Ashish Kambale (ORNITHOLOGIST)

Ashish Kambale is a Wildlife Biologist and has a special interest in the field of Ornithology. He has extensively worked on Birds for the past two decades or so. He has been part of Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) projects like Bird Migration and Vulture Safe Zone Project, where he did Bird ringing and migration studies along with vulture surveys and conservation work. While working with Chhattisgarh Forest Department, he was instrumental in drafting the Vulture Conservation Management Plan and Hill Myna Conservation Management Plan for the State of Chhattisgarh.

He has published books, research articles, news articles on different topics related to birds. He has presented/delivered/organised various events/workshops/seminars for stakeholders like general public, schools and colleges, Government officials, private organisations, etc. He has been invited to similar events across India. Along with his interest in birds, Ashish enjoys trekking, cycling, photography and bird sketching.

Nitin Goswami (TECHNICAL ADVISOR)

As a IT expert and an outdoor enthusiast, Nitin helps the team to decipher the language of software’s and technical jargons. Apart from being software engineer he is also an avid trekker and photographer. When he is not working for his IT projects he helps the team with managing the shooting plan and data storage in the field.
